Fishing and Continental Divide

I was playing with camera settings and snapped a couple of Ana and Tatyana while they were fishing with a low aperture.  Can’t wait to play with some lenses because I love the effect of a shallow depth of field.  I had Mark grab one on the way home when we stopped at the Continental Divide.

Here’s Ana early in the day scoping out the waters.

Later in the day, after she was all chilly, I grabbed a photo of Tatyana when she hopped up on a rock.  Her hair is all messy cause I made her take off her hat.  :-)

On the way home Sunday, I had Mark snap this one in front of some snowy mountains at the divide.  This was at some 11,000 ft or so elevation.

Hey Just wanted to see how everything is going. Got any prospects on a job yet?Me and Donnie was looking at a website about land in Wyoming last night. It sure is pretty up there.Well got to get busy take care and try to stay warm.

  1. After we got out of AnaKay’s hair, we slowed it down — like to a crawl! Haha. We’ve been completely bumming out and it feels wonderful. Tatyana and I have had a lot of time to spend together during the day, so that’s really nice.

I’m starting to get a little restless now though sitting at home all day. I’m ramping it up a bit and starting to dedicate much more time to it. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I *want* to work! I guess that’s a good feeling, right?
